Fear life as senior more difficult for gays than heterosexuals.
Homosexuals in Italy fear their future will be more difficult than that of heterosexuals, according to a survey released Wednesday.
Fully 55% of gays and lesbians surveyed say they are concerned about their future in Italy, and 52% said that being homosexual and aging is more difficult than it is for straight people.
These results come from a survey on homosexuality and seniors in Italy, conducted by sociologist Raffaele Lelleri on behalf of the the union CGIL and Equality Italy, the Ansa.it reports.
